Hello to everybody in this forum.

I bougt a used GL300F which was paired with a Inspire 2.
I can not paire it with my Phantom 4 (not pro).
Every time, when i connect it with my DJI Go 4 app, the App switched to the Inspire 2 and I can not change it anymore.
So I cant´t paire it with my Phantom 4.
In the actuell DJI Go 4 App V4.3.50 (iOS) is no Advanced setting menue to select the Phantom 4.
Factory Reset of the GL300F is not possible/working or isnt´t solving the problem.
Firmware on the Remote and the Phantom ist the newest.

Can you please try to reinstall the DJI Go 4 app on your mobile device and check if the Advanced settings are now showing up on your end? Please note that this setting can be located under DJI Go 4 App > General Settings (3dots) > Remote Controller Settings > Advanced Settings. Please keep us posted. Thank you.

I reinstalled severel times. No advanced Settings :-(

Did you connect your remote controller this time? Please make sure to connect the remote controller as the settings will not show up if the RC is not connected. Keep us posted. Thank you.

Yes of course.
That´s what I wrote, what happens, when I connect:
