Our M300 case, the BS 60 model, now has a fault when connected to the mains.

The Red alert light is on, the suitcase rings alternately (12 Warning LED).




We have tried emptying the charging slots, rebooting, letting it rest for now no change have you ever had this problem? Do you have a solution ?

Connect it to the RC via USB. You should be able to read what is wrong.

I have already tried, the radio-command signals that you have to try to turn off the case then restart and if the fault persists contact the purchasing department

Impossible from the smart controler it says that the suitcase is up to date.
We will try through DJI assistant 2 for Charging Station, I will tell you if it works.

It will start flashing green charging and then the quotation mark comes up and it stops charging why
