I bought a Dji avata pro view combo around half a year ago. I used it probably no more than 5-6 times but now the goggles 2 has a problem after turning on. The right screen is fully black and the left screen is blinking every 6-8 seconds. It also does that when I adjust the focus. I have never dropped it since the last time it worked (the same day). I just adjusted the fucus and pulled out the SD card. It seems like that the screen has some connection problem but it’s strange that both screen went bad.

What would be the issue? Could it be a manufacturer issue?

I just recorded a screen video on the goggles and on the recording it is working just fine. No blinking, no other problems. But the right optics is still black and the left is still blinking. I updated the firmware and even tried downgrading it with no success. I am guessing that it is a problem with the screen or something on the motherboard.
What can I do now? As I mentioned, I did not do anything that it could happen, so it should not be my fault. I bought it half a year ago abroad, and I still have the invoice for the purchase.

Hi, fanscccc679e. Thank you for the update. Please try to Factory reset the DJI Goggles 2: Swipe right from the left>Settings>About>Reset All. Make sure to back up important files before doing so.

Already tried… no luck

I have this issue with my Goggles 3 and they're still like new not a scratch on them.

Both of my screens just flicker and occasionally turn on and work 1 in 12 attempts.

At least I can bind my goggles 2 and integra. They aren't nearly as comfy so this sucks pretty bad.

I have returned the goggles to dji and they replaced it for free because it is a production fault. You should definetely return them!

Hello, does the problem still persist? The same thing happened to my Goggles 3rd device today and it opened on the 6th try. If you have any problems, I will dispose of the product.
