Mavic 3- RC Pro- Sitting in case for a month+ seems to have forgotten who/what it was.

Compass calibration was required.

Took to fly this AM and it kept asking me to log in.  When entered my phone, it accepted the hyphenated number, but NOT the non-hyphenated number. However both time, it displayed invalid number.  I entered password and it came back with "invalid number".  It would NOT accept my email address and kept displaying chinese characters.

When I try to enter my email address, it accepts the first part, but stalls and changes to more chinese characters after putting in the "@".  (See second photo)

How to get rid of the Chinese characters for good?  How to keep the Bird and RC-PRO permanently logged-in?  .

About 5 weeks ago, all was fine.  WTF?

Hi there, I am sorry for your issue. Could you please reload the pictures as it seems they were not loaded? I will also confirm this with our engineers at the same time to see if they have any suggestions.
