Hi thanks for your reply , no need to be ? I have googles Integra , to fly you need to be connected to the phone by usb all the time ? I thought that it integrates them since they have built-in GPS, they don't need the phone
Hi, Capblack. Thank you for the reply. No need to connect your mobile phone but if Avata prompts you that you need to connect to a mobile phone to remove the flight restriction please perform all the necessary connections, then connect a mobile phone and the goggles to the network to remove the restrictions.
Moreover, there will be a height limit and distance limit on your DJI Avata drone in any of the following situations:
• When in a no-fly zone, the aircraft is unable to take off. When in a restricted zone, the aircraft has an altitude limit but no distance limit.
• There is no GPS signal, or the GPS signal is poor. (The flight altitude is limited to 30 meters).
• The aircraft is not connected to the goggles, thus failing to take off.
If you think that you have followed the steps above and you have tried different flight environments but the issue persists, please provide us with the flight record for further checking.
How to export the flight records folder:
Mac system: Apple Music can be used to export the folder of flight records.
1. iOS devices: Connect the mobile device that flight records have been synchronized to the PC, open iTunes, and then export as follows:
2. Android devices: Connect the mobile device that flight records have been synchronized to the PC, and choose “File Transfer”. Then enter the folder “.\Android\data\dji.go.v5\files\FlightRecord” and copy and paste the “FlightRecord” folder.
The storage path of the flight records folder is different for different brands of Android devices. But the key point is to find the folder under the path [..\dji.go.v5\files\FlightRecord]. |
