Sporadicaly there is no file to be found on the air unit O3 or the sd card after a flight but all the settings are correct! What could this be and is there a way to find the files because they are important? After a flight through a business for a customer it is a lot of work to do it all again and the first flight was perfect but the footage is not there for any reason.
Should i fear the loss of footage all the time now or is this a known bug with a solution to it? I found nothing on the internet.

I just had a similar thing happen with my Phantom 4 advanced. Went to transfer files to my computer and multiple files / shots were missing and I know 100% that I recorded because I kept checking to make sure the timecode was moving on the app and also the app had auto generated a little video using those shots.
