Motherboard replacement.

I replaced the motherboard, motors and camera on my Phantom 3 Pro after a crash.
Now it won't start up properly....
It just keeps on beeping.
I have tried updating firmware but the end result is the same, constant beeping.

When I start the update it all looks OK, the led in the front of the camera alternates between red and green.
After a while the beeping changes slightly and the camera led turns to constant red  :-(

This is what the update log says:

I have rebooted the drone and tried a few times, but it ends in the same way :-|
What is wrong and how can it be fixed?
