M300 controller not connecting to wifi

Hi,
One of the controllers for our M300 has stopped connecting to the wifi. It sees the wifi and it says that it is connected but there is no data. I know this because I can't download maps or sync flight records
So far I have tried
1. Logging onto a different wifi - same problem
2. Logging on to phone hotspot - which also used to work.
3. Removing the wifi from the list and then reconnecting

Non of these issues seems to be able to fix it. I can connect fine with the other controller.
Does anyone have any suggestions

Are you connected/supposed to a Cloud service like FlightHub? If so, disable it. I had in the past once an issue with that...no internet, turned off the FlightHub and it worked again.

Did you try a factory reset?

Thanks for that. I disconnected FlightHub and installed a new update and it seems to have fixed it.

Top! If you reactivate FH it should keep working at least in our case.

@DJI : same issue as ticket#5014410
