Ask the users of the new DJI Air 3. When I choose AEB (Auto Exposure Bracketing) in photography mode, I don't see a new choice for 3 or 5 shots. I saw that in the example videos. I've looked everywhere but can't find or set it. Who knows the solution?

Hi, Yasas Sri. When charging the battery using the DJI Air 3 battery charging hub, if using a third-party charger, it is recommended to use a 100W fast charger that supports PD3.0/PPS protocol.

Hi, fansd7e9cbad. Thank you for reaching out. Please set the photo resolution to 12MP, then you will find the 3 and 5 option submenu under AEB. Hope this helps.

For a time, I thought that my Auxiliary LED light on the Air 3 was broken, as it would not turn On for any setting.

It seems the LED can only be turned on while flying.  I was able to turn it on in the air.  I think there is a hint of this in the (EN) manual on p94:
"DO NOT turn on the Auxiliary LED before takeoff."

If the manual could be updated around p55: "Users can also turn it on or off manually in DJI Fly" and other sections, it would avoid misconception that the drone is broken or malfunctioning.

Thanks.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. If you're talking about the Remote ID Statement from this forum: https://forum.dji.com/thread-293343-1-1.html, this pertains to the drones that were released before the RID regulation and going to have a firmware update for RID broadcasting capabilities. Starting in September 2022, DJI has produced drones that meet the requirements of the Remote ID rule. These Remote ID-compliant drones will have RID-compliant labels affixed before leaving the factory hence the Air 3 is already Remote ID-compliant. Have a great day ahead.

Hi, MHM. 100W fast charger that supports PD3.0/PPS protocol is the recommended wall charger for the charging hub but when charging the battery with the battery mounted on the DJI Air 3 aircraft, if using a third-party charger, you may use a 65W fast charger that supports PD3.0 protocol.

Hi there. All of the mentioned adapter/chargers are indeed compatible with the DJI Air 3. The user is specifically asking what we recommend for the DJI Air 3 Battery Hub. We provided our recommendation which is a 100W fast charger that supports PD3.0/PPS protocol.

Hello,

There's a lot missing from the doc, including details of features: e.g. the panorama, which automatically switches to manual focus on infinity, which doesn't work with 70mm, which switches to 12 MP.
You need to describe the operation and constraints of each function.

Thanks

Hi, user94f6ab6877. Thank you for reaching out. The maximum flight altitude for consumer drones like Air 3 is 500 m only. Some users might be tempering something to get an upper altitude but DJI doesn't recommend it. Please check your local law about drones and abide by it. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Hello there. I hope you're doing well today. Can you please try the steps below:
1. Please check whether the aircraft and remote controller both are powered on. Press the power button once, press it again, and hold it to power on the device. The device will beep when it is powered on successfully.
2. Please check whether the aircraft has a microSD card. If yes, remove the microSD card and try linking again.
3. Please switch the linking method between “Linking with the app” and “Linking with combination buttons”. Remote controller: Customizable button + Photo/video toggle + Shutter/record button.
Aircraft:  Press and hold the Power button on the aircraft for four seconds to prepare to link.
4. Please connect the aircraft to the computer, check the aircraft firmware version in the DJI Assistant 2, and try linking after updating or refreshing the aircraft’s firmware to the latest version.
Please keep me posted. Have a great day ahead.

If yes, it is not compatible with the Goggles 2. You may use the DJI RC Motion 2 with the Goggles 2 and DJI Air 3.
