No, because heavier copters are not allowed to use in residential areas without further permission from the authorities. I use it for real estate photography...

I definitely agree with you there. The Air 3 looks like a fantastic small drone, especially when I compare it to my original Air 1, but you would buy the Mini 3 Pro to get the advantages of Class 0. I specifically bought the M3P to take over to Europe last year, and I'm taking it again soon - and I wouldn't bother if I had anything larger.
So comparing the two is interesting, but a moot exercise.

Air 2S moves pretty fast, but doesn't stay up long (31)

Air 3 moves like a rocket (10 up/down, 21 forward). Stays up (46). Long range

Killer features of the Mini 3 Pro
(a) Battery Plus.   (Which I rarely use, because I'm just dicking around.)
(b) Fastish descent (5m/s)
(c) Sphere Panorama, 8000x4000
(d) 60 degree upward camera
(e) 250g    (this is a feature due to international laws)

Verdict: So far, I like the look of the Air 3, if you just want to play around. Very fast. Good range transmission and travel. Has waypoints.

Air3 has the C1 label so it can fly the same airspace as Mini 3 Pro in Europe.

Neither. With my RC Pro, I prefer the Mavic 3 Classic.

Its not really a good comparison as each has its place in the world, i would love the Air 3 but 2 things let it down, 1, i do not think it has a variable aperture and 2, after Jan 26 there is a very good chance it might be relegated to the A3 category.

As it stands and until Jan 26, with my A2 cert, i could fly it within 30m of uninvolved peeps and 5m when in slow mode, having the very easy to pass A2 CofC is still worth getting just for the Air 3 alone even if A2 cert does become obsolete in Jan 26. \its all down to what you want to do with the drone

Air 3 is a C1 Class, more than 250g, less than 900g.

To fly a C1 drone, in Europe you need insurance, Pilot Registration, A1/A3 License, and you can´t fly over non-participating people.

With a C0 you only need Pilot Registration.

The Air 3 is a better drone. It´s bigger, more powerful, heavier, good sensor, 360º avoidance, O4... On the other hand, the Mini 3 Pro it´s a very capable drone, despite it´s cola-can size it has a lot of potential.

For those who want to fly over and near people and still capture good visual stuff, it´s almost impossible to beat the Mini 3 Pro.

Not really comparable. Comparing Mini 3 Pro vs Air 3 vs Mavic 3 is like comparing a car vs a bus vs a truck. Each is in its own category which comes with certain benefits, limitations and rules.

for me the mini 3 pro is good only i like the options from dji rc2 like file and foldername options i want that on my mini 3 pro dji rc

There is no arguing the Air 3 is superior to the Mini 3 Pro.  Still, likely for most, the Mini 3 Pro is a better choice given the additional restrictions & cost of the Air 3.  I am curious what a Mini 4 will bring to the table?  If they can add O4, 360° OA, Waypoints, Cruise Control, a landing light, & a solid 45 minutes of flight time, that would be my perfect drone.

Put a fan in the Mini 4 pro,but that would make sense I guess.
