I like the new rc2 controller I would like to purchase one But I was wondering .. will the new rc 2 be able to work with the Mavic3 series drones or are they going to be limited to the air 3 and newer released drones only?
I believe the air3 would be a good upgrade for my mini2 and i would like to use the DJI RC2 controller also with my mavic3 as well.  but it says the DJI RC2 is only Compatibility DJI Air 3 only. having me think the mini3 would be a better choice

Are there any plans to update The DJI RC2  so it will work with the mini3 PRO or mavic3 series ?

Hi, fans60e87c29. Yes. The auxiliary light located at the bottom of the aircraft can be turned on or off using the Fn button (customizable button) on DJI RC-N2 or the customizable C1/C2 button on DJI RC 2.
Or you can enter the camera view in the DJI Fly app, and go to Settings, Safety, and Auxiliary LED. Then select “On”.

Hello I really love this new DJI design it’s slick, I was hoping if DJI offers like assistance to young Africans who are passionate about DJI products but can’t afford it due to financial constraints. Even if it’s a small drone donation i will really appreciate

It seems to me that a 48 mp Air 3 77 mm equivalent telephoto image cropped to cover the same picture area as a 12 MP Mavic 3 Pro telephoto 188 ought to have at least as much resolution. The question then is image quality. I sure would like to see some comparison shots or at least here from someone who has tested this as to what they found. Thank you.

Are there any plans to update The DJI RC2  so it will work with the mini3 PRO or mavic3 series ?

I've owned my AIr 3 for 2 weeks.  I've only flown it a few times because I'm waiting on my ND/PL filters to arrive.  Here are some of my findings after only a few flights:

1.  I wish the RC2 was backward compatible.  I'm unsure if this is even possible with the new Air 3 remote.  The range on the remote is fantastic, so I wish I could use it on my Mini Pro 3 as well.  The RC1 for the Mini Pro 3 has poor range for long sweeping shots that I like to shoot.

2.  Wide Angle Master Shot isn't currently working.  I just get a bunch of tilted photos on my SD Card.

3.  The sensors keep shooting me an error that backward and side sensors are unavailable.  I know at night this is true, but I was flying during golden hour both times.  

4.  I would have bought DJI ND filters (126/256/512) if they were available.  Currently, no decent Filter company is making ones that high.  I like long-exposure photos, so this is a must-have for me.  

I'm fully aware most of these things can be fixed with update patches, so here's to hoping that happens sooner than later.  Thanks.

Correct me if i'm wrong but the Mavic 3 has 10bit color while the air 3 has 8bit color, and I believe the sensor on the mavic is also larger.  The other thing that is big atleast for me is the 5.1k shooting mode, where the air3 goes up to 4k
