In some of the pics people have it over their wetsuit,    but Im not sure how unless they have very small wrists.

Maybe English wetsuits are thicker than the ones in the USA due to the freezing water temps.

I have 2 types of wetsuits.  One is regular and the other is insulated.  The insulated one is much thicker but a bit more constricting in fit.  I did do a warm water suit dive up in Alaska about 5 years back but that's not really my idea of a way to dive.
