Good afternoon;
I have just acquired two elements at the price of almost 4,000 euros.
A Nikon D850, approx 3,000 and a DJI RS3 PRO, approx 900 euros.
I find it incomprehensible to be able to connect them properly, I have to resort to forums, internet pages, YouTube, etc; being that DJI on its official website says that they are compatible (to the extent that it is), and having to wait for someone to answer me; almost like asking for a favor.
I'm talking about two leading companies, NIKON and DJI.
Which, perhaps DJI in the first place, should have an explicit manual all the way down and well documented for every camera that says it's compatible. Regardless of the brand, CANON, NIKON, SONY, etc.
Of course, if they have previously carried out compatibility tests, show these tests to their clients, with which elements they have been connected, and what could be the possible shortages or defects.
You cannot leave the clients who buy your products to the adventure, and that they are exposed to whatever.
I comment again, I have spent 4,000 euros and I still do not know what to do in the sense of: Do I return the machines to their corresponding companies, due to lack of adequate information?
(I send this same message wherever I find address emails in both companies)
