I am using the Avata with motion controller 2.  It seems it doesn't have a manual "return to home" capabilty or at least I can't find it.  All I can do is hold down the lock button and it aut lands where it is.  ButhowI do I make it go into RTH mode when I want it to?

Hi, MrChoke72. The DJI Avata is capable of doing RTH. Just simply press and hold the "Mode" button to initiate the RTH, and press it again if you want to cancel the command. I had read that somewhere but it didn't seem to work.  The mode button is the one that switches between Sport and Normal right?  I had done that and it just kept switch modes.

Make sure you PRESS AND HOLD the button until it initiates.  If you just single press it, it will just toggle modes between sport and normal.

Note that if you initiate RTH when the drone is within 5 metres of  the home point, the drone will just land where it is.
