Hello everyone!

I've just bought the Osmo Mobile SE and i have a problem... I can record everything, but at the moment i'd to watch it it's completely a frozen screen (black screen on Mimo App, and frozen screen on my Photo Library) but when i share the video through Whatsapp or any other Social Media i can watch it Perfectly!!

Anyone had the same problem ever?

Btw i have an iPhone 13 Pro, i talked with the support of the app, followed the steps they told and nothing happen (Reinstall the app and restor from factory)

1. Please update the DJI Mimo to the latest version.
2. Restart the DJI product and connect it again.
3. Confirm whether the permission to allow DJI Mimo’s access to the album has been enabled in the mobile phone’s system.
4. Confirm whether there is a DJI Album in the mobile system album.
