DJI go app on my iPad will not connect to my phantom 3!

Anyone have advice?

Please try to update your iPad software, or if you ever used the dji app on other smarphone, just uninstall it from it, hope this info can solve your connecting problem

I tried everything on 5 different ISO products with the same results, current firmware and good cables!

I also have tried everything and wasted a day trying to get my NEW phantom 3 pro to talk. You would expect things to work after spending over £ 1,000 UK pounds on a product.

The tech guys at a retutable phto shop could not solve the problem or their 3rd part tech company that deals in Drones. Conclusion Send it back. We are not all tech guys and reading some notes on here for the first time it looks like you are expected to upgrade firm ware almost as you un box your new aircraft. I may be a bit old fashioned but if I buy a new car, I expect it to be shining and to start first time.
