Osmo Action : Overheat and Noise issue

I bought from Amazon in 2020.

If I record using the Osmo Action, Very hot heat will occur within 10 minutes, and a noise like a cooler running will occur.

When I disassembled the inside, there is not the cooler.

How do I fix it?

Hello there. Sorry for the inconvenience. It is inevitable that the camera emits heat when dealing with such a large amount of data in a short time. So it is normal that the device emits heat. However, the Osmo Action pays special attention to this problem. The internal heat dissipation area, such as the heat sink and the lens cover removes heat from the device to ensure the normal operation of the camera, and it is repeatedly tested that the temperature is within a reasonable range. recording environment : 1080p/24fps, rocksteady
room temperature : 32°C

If you watch around 40 seconds into the video, noise starts to occur.
I think the 1080p/24fps environment is not setting where camera emit heat
How do i fix it by myself?
In Korea, Osmo Action is not supported.
I'm so sad.

I have been living in South Korea.

Unfortunately, Osmo Action is not supproted in Korean authorized service center.


I really want to send my unit to DJI's authorized service center for diagnosis.

Sending it to nearby country (e.g. Japan or China) is too expensive.

Please, let me know how to do.
