After receiving my drone from Amazon, re-boxed and with no real instructions (what was there was in miniature and a foreign language and generic) I had to search the web for instructions and the website. 4 hours later, no working download of the app for my Android phone. Called the help line, 45 min of questions and suggestions of where to find the app download not requesting a subscription, I was told that I need to reboot my phone for the app to work (which would of course hang up the help line). After reboot the app didn't work. Had a weak WIFI connection, but it was there, the problem was app screen would appear as white background with DJI logo and then vanish. Never hooked up to drone. No controls or screen stayed on. Tried it several times. Same result. If there is an Android software update (and there always is) why hasn't DJI fly been updated? I have wasted half a day on my laptop, my phone (for app download), and with the help line and gotten no where. I am ready box up the drone and ask for a refund! Is there a fix for the app to work on an Android or not?
