Why don't you add your official app to Play Store?

Hi, there. Below are the download channels of our app:
1. The only official channel: DJI official website.

2. Large platform: iOS mobile phone App Store, Tencent my app in China Mainland.
3. Mobile phone manufacturer market: HMOV manufacturer, Samsung manufacturer.

I installed that DJI Store App to check out the simulator, everthing looked normal.

If the situation still presiss, please tell us what's the error code shows and send us the screenshot, we will help you to chekc it out.

For all they have problems with update on android smartphones. The problem is Google play protect it musst be deactivated for update this fix it
Google play protect blocked this update by the massage. The app is for older android version.

DJI wäre gut beraten, wenn sie die aktuellen Probleme mit der "DJI Fly APP" und der "DJI MIMO APP" beheben wurden, die nach dem letzten Android Sicherheitsupdate auftreten. Beide Apps lassen sich derzeit nicht mehr starten in der aktuellen Version. Allerdings weiß ich nicht ob alle Handy Marken davon betroffen sind. In meinem Fall ein Google Pixel 5.

DJI fly not open my oppo f21 fro 5g android version 13.0

After receiving my drone from Amazon, re-boxed and with no real instructions (what was there was in miniature and a foreign language and generic) I had to search the web for instructions and the website.  4 hours later, no working download of the app for my Android phone.  Called the help line, 45 min of questions and suggestions of where to find the app download not requesting a subscription, I was told that I need to reboot my phone for the app to work (which would of course hang up the help line).  After reboot the app didn't work.  Had a weak WIFI connection, but it was there, the problem was app screen would appear as white background with DJI logo and then vanish.  Never hooked up to drone.  No controls or screen stayed on.  Tried it several times.  Same result.  If there is an Android software update (and there always is) why hasn't DJI fly been updated?  I have wasted half a day on my laptop, my phone (for app download), and with the help line and gotten no where.  I am ready box up the drone and ask for a refund!  Is there a fix for the app to work on an Android or not?

Hello. If you encounter problems with Google Play Protect, we recommend that you follow this path to turn off Google Play Protect options and test again: Google Play — Profile — Play Protect — Setting — Turn off below two options — Re-install the App and test again.

Hello. You can refer to the following suggestions.
1. APP on the smartphone: Please kindly uninstall and re-install the DJI APP. (Suggest  backup of important data before uninstalling); Using a new internet to update.
2. APP on the DJI controller(built-in screen): refresh the firmware of RC and aircraft; using the hotspot of your smartphone to update.
Please keep us updated if the issue persists.

My DJI FLI app won't open, I have a Google 7 pro phone, Android 14. The app keeps crashing or not opening at all. Please fix this, I have video orders, people are waiting, I'm losing money on my work. Is that an official release by DJI?

I also cannot launch Fly and Mimo apps on my Pixel 6a and when I try to install the official release I get a system error that the application is built for an older version of Android and is not safe. Very weird, since I've been running Fly and Mimo on Android 14 for a year now.
