I highly recommend UAV Forecast. It provides amazing detail on wind, cloud coverage, rain, visible satillites, etc.

UAV forecast was good,  but now the free version is crippled.  

I know, you cannot see the wind speeds at high altitude any more, and also, you cannot do pretty much anything. They need to bring these features back yesterday, LOL!

Well, I was flying close enough to the building so that the 400FT limit would not be an issue. Go watch Ken Heron's YT vid on him flying the Mini 2 up high along a building. He explains how he is allowed.

We need taller buildings here. Best I can do is the 150 ft water tower downtown without driving 100 miles.
