Hello...im using 180w charger but charging takes 12 hours

How many output ports are on the charger? It can be 180w but put out different voltages for each of the various ports. This is why I am not getting a multiport charger for the drone. If it has ONE port and says it's 100w it better be 100w lol. This could also be a cord issue. There is a video on YouTube that I found very informative. "Why an Apple Lightning chord is 130 bucks".
  That sounds nuts until you see that it has little power supplies on each end with a board and everything. That's for data but, it'll give you an idea of what to look for when you buy. I think when charging in very hot or very cold conditions can affect battery performance. Try to charge your DJI Air 3 in a moderate temperature environment.

By the way, I noticed that the speed of the charging animation on the battery lights shows the charging speed.

With the smart technology in the DJI batteries I'm pretty sure neither the 100W or 65W DJI charger will harm your batteries.  I use a 65W for my Air 3 batteries and they are maintaining good health after over 125 charges each.

Hello. When charging the battery with the battery mounted on the DJI Air 3 aircraft, it is recommended to use a 65W fast charger that supports PD3.0 protocol. When charging the battery using the DJI Air 3 battery charging hub, it is recommended to use a 100W fast charger that supports PD3.0/PPS protocol.
