Buongiorno, versione attuale del mini 3 pro : V01.00.0200 (ho provato ad installare tramite dji assistant anche la precedente ovvero la V01.00.0100)
versione radiocomando RC-N1 V04.16.0300.  (ho provato ad installare tramite dji assistant anche la precedente)
versione dji fly sul telefono: 1.11.0 (1200-official).

Hi dbcs32, for your situation, it is suggested you could update the latest version for both aircraft and remote controller and try.

You could try to update via app first. If failed, then try to update via the DJI assistance 2. Please check the following latest firmware version details, thanks.

Aircraft Firmware: v01.00.0600
Remote Controller Firmware: v04.14.06.00（DJI RC-N1）
DJI Fly App iOS: v1.10.0
DJI Fly App Android: v1.10.0

ma la versione del velivo V01.00.0600 non la trovo ne su dji assistant ne sull'app dji fly.
l'ultima versione che visualizzo e la V01.00.0200 su dji assistant.
Quindi dove posso reperire le versioni da voi mensionate?

If it is not the latest, you could visit the link, https://www.dji.com/it/mini-3-pro/downloads , and download DJI Assistance 2 with the new version (V2.1.19) and try again.

come si evince da quesa foto, la versione é corretta.
Inoltre vi ricordo che ho ripetutamente provato (e sto provando ancora ora) a:
-  DISINTALLARE E' REINSTALLARE OGNI VOLTA LE VERSIONI SIA DI DJI ASSISTANT2 CHE DI DJI FLY SULLO SMARTPHONE ANDROID VERSIONE 11 e altro smartphone android con versione 12.
Come posso risolvere?

Sorry for the late response. I checked your firmware version and I think you are using a DJI Mini 3, not a DJI Mini 3 Pro. Please check the aircraft model first.

si, avevi ragione.
il drone in mio possesso e il mini 3.
Premetto che sto cercando di configurare rc-n1 per poter utilizzare l'app dronelink.
ho fatto nuovamente tutti gli aggiornamenti del caso, ma con il radiocomando rc funziona tutto, mentre con rc-n1 mi dice: dispositivo non associato al velivolo. impossibile avviare il velivolo.
connetti al radiocomando SNxxxxxxxxxxx (che sarebbe RC) per continuare o eseguire i seguenti passaggi:
- modifica dispositivo associato
- dissocia dispositivo
- annulla
a questo punto se premo modifica dispositivo o dissocia dispositivo e vado avanti, mi dice :
gia associato ad un altro account. cambia account e riprova (-53268)
ma io non ho un altro account dji.
