I've paid the replacement cost of my DJI mini 3 pro of €255 via a Bank Transfer and put my case number in the transaction statement. How long does it take for the payment to be received and how do I know it is received? Will I get a confirmation email? After that, how long will it take for the drone to be shipped to me? The reason for asking is because I got a big project coming in 2 weeks that really requires my drone.
