Hello everyone.
I bought DJI Avata about a month ago with Googles 2 and motion controller 2. Everything works perfectly. But couple days ago I bought DJI 3 pro mini. I paired drone with Googles 2 and motion controller 2. Today was my first flight with DJI 3 pro mini. I tried to make a vertical video, I switched on in googles to vertical mode, but it didnt respond and video was always recorded horizontally. Do someone know why? Or what I have to do?
Second problem is when I want to play video from todays flight, it doesnt work. I inserted memory card to my computer as i always do with DJI avata, but now it doesnt work. The video cannot be played. I really dont know what to do. Has someaone had a similar problem?

Hi, Andrej. Thank you for reaching out. Portrait mode is not supported when goggles are used with Mini 3 Pro. For the SD card playback, was it used with the Mini 3 Pro? If yes, please check if the one that you are using is listed as one of the Recommended microSD Cards for Mini 3 Pro:
