I would like to report an issue related to my DJI Avata Battery Charging Hub. After only two weeks of use, the device has stopped functioning properly. Currently, when I connect the charger to a power source, only a red light is illuminated on the device. I have tried different power sources and cables, but the problem persists.

This is incredibly frustrating as I had high expectations for the reliability of DJI products. The charger is a crucial component of my setup, and its malfunction is preventing me from continuing my work with my DJI Avata Battery Charging Hub.

I kindly request urgent assistance in resolving this matter. A prompt response is highly appreciated, as this tool is essential for my activities.

the overcurrent, abnormal voltage or other battery error occurs. It is suggested you could try to unplug and plug the batteries or charger again to resume charging.
