I have watched the DJI RS 3 videos regarding the balancing of my new RS3 gimbal, including several online channels on youtube - I cannot get the role arm balanced, no matter how many times I make adjustments - according to all the online help/instructions the role arm/axis should remain stationary when moved in any position left or right  - see attached video.

After two and a half months of struggling to get this gimbal balanced, the retailer offered to refund me in full as the local DJI support channel in South Africa was not very forthcoming and lacked accountability in resolving the problem with me. I returned it to the shop and upgraded to the RS3 Pro version- what a massive difference, except for the fact the new gimbal will not lock properly-it seems I have had bad luck and service with DJI South Africa. I will be returning the newly upgraded gimbal back to the shop.
