I just bought the DJI FPV Remote Controller 2, I want to play Liftoff before buying a real FPV drone.

The problem is 'liftoff' detects the controller but doesn't detect the movement of the joystick.
1. I tried another cable (all my cables are DJI manufactured) but I have the same issue (the movement of the joystick is not detected)
2. I tried to connect the controller to my Mini 3 to make the update, but the mini 3 is not compatible with the controller
3. I tried to connect the controller to my cell phone with the DJI fly app but it doesn't work either.

Do you have a solution for me? Do you think the controller has a problem?

Hi, Wabafou. Thank you for reaching out. We don't support third-party software but for activation, please try to activate the DJI FPV Remote Controller 2 using the DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series) that you may download for free on this link. Hope this helps. Please keep us posted.
