Hi Zoran, thank you for reaching out. After checking the video you provided, you could troubleshot as the following first.
1. Please check whether there are foreign matter or dust on the gimbal. If so, please remove them.
2. Please check whether the gimbal and propellers have obvious damage or misshapen.
3. Please also try to calibrate the gimbal using the app.
4. Please check whether the issue only appears in windy or severe cold environments.
If the issue still occurs after the above steps, it is suggested you could send back for further diagnosis. Thanks.

Thanks a lot for the quick reply. I checked the gimbal and no visible signs of damage or dirt/dust there. I have also calibrated the gimbal through the app.
Found a minor damage on a propeller - please see the attached image - do you consider it as a damage that could cause troubles?
Still have not tried to shoot new videos, but it may be worth to notice that during the same day some shots have that "trembling" and some do not...
I will let you know when I try the drone again. Thanks again!

Sure! You could share us after testing. Also, based on the pics, it is suggested you could change new propellers and try to ensure the better perform. Thanks.

Hi again, unfortunately the same problem happens again (although I changed 2 blades on one propeller and calibrated gimbal). The funny thing is that shots 1, 2 and 3 (marked in the video) appear shaky, and 4 and 5 are OK, although it was taken during the same flight!?

Thank you for the video providing. After checking, the flicker happens when the gimbal is at certain angles. It is recommended to send back for comprehensive check to ensure the long-term usage. You could register through the following link, https://repair.dji.com/, to create a case and send back the device for diagnosis. If you need assistance while submitting, you could also contact with our support service http://www.dji.com/support. Thanks.
I have not solved it yet. They suggested sending the device for repair, but still do not know how much it can cost me.
I tried with the latest firmware but no change.

Hello there. Sorry about the experience with the drone. If you send the drone to the DJI facility, they will conduct a damage assessment to determine the issue and then they will send you a quotation. It will be up to you to continue by processing the payment or request to cancel the repair and they will send back the drone unrepaired. To have an idea of the pricing for each part, You can use this link: https://repair.dji.com/repair/price-inquiry?lang=en
Have a great day ahead.

Thanks for the instruction.
I am just wondering if the problem can be caused by a twisted rubber shock absorber (1 of 3 on left side)?

You are most welcome. That is possible since that is the one that holds the gimbal to the drone, however, I cannot guarantee that. It's better to get it checked physically by the DJI professionals to ensure the resolution.
Hello everyone - thanks to this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HQltHdhdvQM I found both the problem and a quick solution - everything was sold with a drop of superglue on a broken gimbal arm!

That is good to know, Zoran. We don't recommend self-repair for flight safety. But I'm glad it is already fixed. Please reach back if you have further concerns. Have a great day ahead.
