Hi,

I purchased Avata explorers pack with the integra goggles.
When i tried to activate them all together in the dji fly app nothing showed up, i tried 3 cables and 2 different phones.
Then i tried the Dji assisant 2. It worked straight away but i forgot to link them all up.
So I only activated the integra goggles and not the Avata. Now when i look into the goggles they tell me to activate the aircraft. However when i connect it to the phone or PC nothing happends. Integra goggles show up in Dji assistant but nothing more.

How can i activate my Avata now?

I have tried on 2 different computers and 2 different phones with the DJi Fly app. I even tried to re-install the softwares. Nothing happends when i connect the usb-cable to the phone. When i connect the usb cable to the PC, goggles integra show up in the assistant but nothing else happends. When i look into the goggles, it stay´s ''Aircraft is not activated, please activate aircraft''. Where and how can i upload the video?

Well noted, you could upload to the share drive and then send us a link. And please set the permission as public.
In addition, would you mind also providing us the serial number for the aircraft for us to double-check if it is activated or not? Thanks,
