Hi, I've tried several times to use the track function available in the ronin menus (not from the application).

I set up 3 waypoints like this:

Mvmt duration = 0S
stay duration = 1s
2
Mvmt duration = 90min
stay duration = 0S
3
Mvmt duration = 15
stay duration = 0S

I check the sequence with the preview, and everything is ok, but once the sequence is launched, the ronin bugs after a few minutes, sometimes 2-3, sometimes 30min, for example he completes 20% of the sequence and then goes the other way. or he goes to waypoints that I didn't set and goes completely off the path I indicated. ... or he completes the sequence 1=>2 very quickly, for example 5 min ... I confess I don't understand what's going on. It's perfectly balanced and up to date, see photos. Thanks for your help

Hi, julien-ps. Thank you for patiently waiting. We now received feedback from our relevant team. They would like to request a video showing how you set the Horiz and Vert parameters of each Waypoint interface. Also, please confirm when you set up the track if there is a long trip (such as Waypoint-2)., can you shoot several Waypoints to shoot and see if the same abnormality occurs? Please keep us posted. Hi, julien-psh. thank you for patiently waiting. Here's an update from our relevant team:

1. Through the operation provided you have provided, the current test has not reproduced the abnormal phenomenon, the preliminary judgment may be RS2 parameters have abnormalities, it is recommended to carry out the following operations:
a. Restore RS2 to the parameters of the gimbal.
b. Start the system calibration and horizontal calibration function through Ronin APP.
c. Refresh the firmware of RS2 through Ronin APP.

2. If none of the above steps can be solved, and there are abnormalities in the track function through Ronin APP, we suggest  to send the machine back to the maintenance center for further testing.

Hey ! restoring the parameters to default seems to sold the bug ... will se in real condition later but the quick test I made are all ok ! thx you
