Hello, I Have Dji RSC2 - SN:3NNSJ7CR0939EG - Firmware: 01.04.00.20 -- My Camera is Canon EOS 5D Mark IV

and when I'm trying to balance it or Autotune it with the Camera or without it this message is showing up,

--> Gimbal locked or unbalanced motors in sleep mode.
and sometimes this Error code 1010.

I don't know what to do or how to resolve it. I can't use the Gimbal

1.Ensure that the camera load has already been mounted properly.
2.Ensure that the gimbal has been balanced.
3.Ensure that the gimbal Auto Check does not have interference.
4.Ensure that all axis locks are unlocked.
