Hi there,

I've been trying to get my Phantom 4 Pro+ to load the Mapbox, which just shows up as black otherwise. I've got system 01.04.03.00 installed, model number GL300E, and DJI Go 4 version 4.3.14. Following installing DJI 4.3.14 I was able to access offline maps (this was previously inaccessible) however it does not load and there are no online maps present.

I've tried updating to the latest DJI Go 4 version (4.3.54) but it won't install. Not sure where to go from here to resolve the issue.

Hello there. Sorry about the trouble. Have you already tried refreshing the firmware? Please try to download the firmware manually from this link: https://www.dji.com/downloads/products/phantom-4-pro
1.  Import the file “update.zip” into the microSD card.
Note: If the upgrade fails via an SD card, please copy the update.zip file to the internal memory of the remote controller and try to upgrade again.
2.  Power off the remote controller and insert the microSD card.
3.  Power on the remote controller and tap “Install”.

Attached is a pic of the files in the update map.
These files are the copied into the SD card and I can accesed from the Controller.
There are no "install" or exe file.
Which one should I click on to start?

P4P+ blank Mapbox issue 13th september 2024:

Hi, I have a problem with my phantom 4 pro+ remote, the mapbox is not working I've tried so many things to fix it but still facing the same issue now.

Original setup:
RC firmware v1.3.6.0

-I've tried to install the latest remote firmware for the controller from the DJI website with SD card locally but this led to the DJI GO 4 app crashing and not opening after the reboot.
-I've tried to install via APK version with also sd card the DJI GO 4 v4.3.14
-I've tried to install via SD card the RC firmware version V1.4.1.0
-I've also tried so many combinations of the 2 steps above to fix it but it is not working too
-I've also tried multiple times "factory data reset" and applying the steps above

Nothing of this has worked, there is absolutely no help on the internet or anywhere on the website for my case.

I cannot understand how a 2000€ drone cannot face this issue and that no help is provided anywhere.

I'm asking for help please if anyone has the solution!

Had this same issue on a recently purchased P4P+. Was able to download the update.zip from the last link left by DJI Tony. I am very thankful for that update, everything is working great again. Have tried the above and cannot get file to run or maps to show. any sign of an update yet

I have the same problem where the mapbox shows black and the camera screen is showing articacts while in flight like green lines . But when in hover camera shows perfect on remote . Any help please
