Gimbal was returned. New one arrived today. Seems to be fine on initial setup with camera balanced and operating as it should be. 4th time lucky hopefully. It's a damning indictment of DJI support that I have returned 1 gimbal and received a replacement faster than they have acknowledged this thread. It would be fair to say I won't be in any sort of rush to buy another product of theirs any time soon.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT MATTERS !!
For me, it is oft the deciding factor in whether to stay loyal to a brand or look elsewhere. Take note DJI. If you want my continued custom then do more to earn it. |
