Some of the ongoing granite breaking by two rock breakers.  This noisy activity in different areas of the development has been going on for over a year and a half now.

Once all that noisy construction is completed that is going to be a really amazing community.  Nice job of documenting this ongoing work.

I'm in the adjacent older neighborhood.  Those places run about $1.5M to almost $2M with $611/month HOA fees.  Whole place used to be a golf course.

Nice new suburb in the making.

Quite disuptive to the immediate neighbours, I would think. Until the work is complete.

Those are some expensive HOA fees.  Hopefully, they will be getting some really nice amenities in that neighborhood then.

And, of course, they knocked down all of the trees. I think the older development would be my choice vs the newly being built one.

Nice Capture

Construction still going on -- flew out earlier today to see what all the noise was about.  A mobile crane lifting giant concrete forms.
