Does anyone know how to get a Status Report for the Air 3?  I’m trying to do the verification video to get DJI Care, but I can’t complete the last step of the process.

The last step of the video requires a status report. Directions instruct you to tap on the top left corner of the controller screen. However, when I do that it simply takes me back to the previous screen. I’ve reported this several times, but the so called help desk just keeps sending me the same canned instructions. Very frustrating to say the least.
