Since the firmware update a few months ago, for fact, I know of 4 M30Ts with weak signal/horrible image transmission (in an open field, cant even go more than .5 mile if that). I also heard 5 other pilots saying they are having the same issue. Tech support only suggested refreshing the firmware which didn't fix the issue. The only other thing they said was to send it in because most likely it's something with the drone/controller which I don't think that's the case. One because my drone has less than 6 hours of flight time and two, hard to believe 3 other drones have the same issue all starting a few months ago (unless DJI had a batch of bad components or something?)

Is anyone else having the same issue? Is there anyone here from DJI who can actually look into this?

I gave a reply to this question in an other threat. The short: Yes- it is a known issue (for the consumer, not sure about dji). Some say it helps to put the rc in airplane mode- but it didn t help much in our case.
