A alternative transfer method doesn't negate the lack of useability of quick transfer namely much less at advertised 25 to 30 Mbps. My mini 3 pro average 3 to 5 Mbps quick transfer speed is unacceptable. Update fix for the issue coming?
Hi there, you can try the suggestions below to see if it works:
1. If the drone Wi-Fi can be connected, turn off the Fixed 2.4 GHz switch, clear the cache of the DJI Fly app, and stop the app in the background. You can also reinstall the app.
2. You can reset the aircraft as follows: Connect the aircraft to the remote controller, go to the About screen, and reset all parameters of the aircraft.
3. Connect to the drone in QuickTransfer mode again.
Note: Some mobile devices do not support the 5.8 GHz frequency band. In this case, it is normal if the transmission speed is less than 5 MB/s. It is recommended that you use a phone that supports the 5.8 GHz frequency band for a better QuickTransfer experience. |
