We are encountering the following situation when retrieving the PSDK  DJI_FC_SUBSCRIPTION_TOPIC_POSITION_VO:

• when using the simulator in DJI Assistant 2 the X, Y, and Z health flag is always 1.
• when using the drone outdoors with GPS connection (gps health 5) , X, Y health flag is 1 but Z health flag is always 0.
  

We did many checks including using an RTK, turning on and off the obstacle avoidance sensors, recalibrating the drone but still the Z health flag is 0.
Despite the flag, the actual Z position fused does not look bad.
We are using an M300 RTK drone and this was tested with 2 different drones to discard any hardware issue. The result has been the same for both drones.

Has anyone encountered this issue? How could we debug this problem and figure out what is happening?
