Phantom does everything but no onscreen image most of the time, just the little spinning waiting timer thing. It has only come up with an image twice in the last week. When there is no image the dynamic home point indicators are missing as well. Have relaoded the latest firmware and app a number of times just in case. It is not a distance thing, I'm trying to get it working with the units next to one another in the workshop. The unit flies normally, takes any format of photo or video with the red indicator for video and the closing/opening shutter indicator for stills. Tried all screen resolutions, makes no difference. Tried working with the iPhone and iPad, exactly the same. Any suggestions or does this sound like a back to dealer job ?

have you tried putting your phone in aeroplane mode?
does it give you an image when you first power the phantom on  after a nights cool down?
also take the stream resoultion down a couple in the settings of the app .

some people are saying that this can be a heat issue with the wifi in the drone. haven't tried this myself, take the top of and see if its hot to the touch..

otherwise it may be a visit to the repair shop.

I'm testing the system in a cool house, and just tried aircraft mode, nothing changed.

Sending it off to the repair shop, it's apparently going to be warranty work so it's just a bit of freight and all will be good....

Please release new info of this issue.
I guess it was caused by the WIFI module,too.

I have the same issues.  Sometimes it does display fpv when first starting up in the morning, but after that, it only displays black and spinning ball.
