A showreel for perhaps the most spectacular beaches we have seen this year, Skinnet and Talmine beaches in the Kyle of Tongue, Sutherland...

Happy with the idea and the edit on this one, I tried something diferent with the title, which I think works, and althoguh I could have edited it into smaller bits fo footage to fit in with the Music - Porcelain by Moby - I think this edit is ok, happy to receive constructive criticism on this as always

What a magnificent location.    Excellent choice in background music.  I really enjoyed watching this video.

Thank you, been meaning to do a showreel for the Kyle of Tongue, and the inspiration hit yesterday, the music from the film The Beach and the opening Titles seemd to really make a diference...

A great assemblage from the various locations. Makes you want to kick off the shoes and walk along those beaches for hours

Thanks for responding, I suppose as always music choice is subjective, I wanted to use this to link with the theme of the Beach, as it was used in the film of the same name... I find it a beautiful piece of music, even if the lyrics are a little on the depressing side...

Haha yes.  We're recently back from the Isle of Wight, staying at beachfront accomodation.  Mrs.B couldn't resist a paddle.  I got some nice footage from the Mini3Pro.

Started a little dark for me,  but once it got brighter it's very good.

Thanks... Yeah, I was shooting in auto, and the low sun had an effect, plus editing the colours and brightening the shadows at the beginning would have made them overbright towards the end of the long clips... I suppose thats one reason for using manual and for keeping the shots to shorter length... I will try it again next time we are out and about... Perhaps with the AIR3 as well as the MINI3 Pro - once it arrives
