Ce matin j'ai une batterie qui m'affiche un message d'erreur dans le masque : "Erreur de communication avec la batterie, décollage impossible".
elle charge correctement, les petites leds a l'arriere qui affichent l'etat fonctionnent aussi.
Les deux autres batteries fonctionnent sans probleme.
J'ai fais une mise a jour du Firmware, je l'ai connecté au DJI assistant 2 (FPV Serie) pour voir s'il n'y avait pas une erreur a supprimer... Rien a faire.


Auriez vous une idée? Batterie morte?

Hi, Fabien. Thank you for reaching out. Please try another battery (if any) for troubleshooting. If the issue is resolved after using another battery, it indicates that the battery is malfunctioning.

If the issue persists after trying several batteries, send the battery and aircraft back for inspection as the aircraft or the battery may be malfunctioning.

For malfunctioning components, we recommend wiping metal contact pins on the battery or the aircraft with isopropyl alcohol (concentration > 75%).

If the issue persists, send the battery for repair if it is under warranty. If the battery is out of warranty, please purchase a brand-new one. Send the aircraft for repair regardless of whether it is under warranty.

Please try using the DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series) to refresh the firmware as well. Please keep us posted. Thank you.

Aucun soucis avec les 2 autres batteries que je possède.
Lorsque j'utilise DJI Assistant 2 avec la batterie qui pose problème, je n'arrive pas a actualisé le logiciel. Lorsque je le fais avec une autre batterie l'actualisation se fait sans problème.
Je vais essayer de nettoyer les broche de contact avec de l'alcool isopropylique, si cela ne fonctionne pas je vais attendre qu'elle se décharge complètement en la laissant sans activité pendant quelques temps puis la remettre a charger complètement.
J'ai remarqué que lorsque je la charge avec le hub de chargement elle charge pendant 5 secondes puis le voyant du hub passe au rouge et la batterie arrête de charger. Par contre lorsque je la branche sans le hub, elle charge complètement.

La batterie n'est plus sous garantie.
