Hello Everyone,

I still have my Mavic Pro I know its been a while but my Mavic pro is still precious to me, how ever i been having this issue and i have found no fix for it SD card is not the issue the problem happens with or without an SD card this started to happen all of a sudden and i have no fix , sometimes if you leave it eventually it will engage the gimbal and be normal after until you turn it off and turn it back on then it might work or i might have to wait all over again.

If anyone has a Fix please do help .

2. Check whether the lower vibration absorbing board is inside the anti-drop hook.
3. Record a video of the issue for us.
4. Tell us the Aircraft’s and remote controller’s firmware version, app version
5. The frequency of the issue, and under what operation the issue occurs

Hi Wanda,

1. Calibrate the gimbal. I have done this several times how ever i cannot do it while gimbal is disconnected.
2. Check whether the lower vibration absorbing board is inside the anti-drop hook. it is if you are talking about the little hook-style thing right above the gimbal it is inside.
3. Record a video of the issue for us. I have several
4. Tell us the Aircraft’s and remote controller’s firmware version, app version both controller and aircraft have the latest firmware available by DJI assistant
5. The frequency of the issue, and under what operation the issue occurs everytime the drone goes off and on.

Hello Wanda the last thing I need is to be charged to repair an old drone as much as the drone itself cost now days.

Hello Wanda,

I need a quote in order to asses if it’s worth it or not
I can’t send a now $400 drone to get a $300-500 repair.

This issue used to go away before after I would downgrade and then upgrade the firmware now that method is not working anymore.

Hello, could you attach a picture with the error message here. I remember that my Mavic Pro set also an error message in the past. something with gimbal not connected. APP Works normal. On my side the USB Kabel between Remote and phone was defect.
