J'ai une erreur 1003 quand je soiuhaite réaliser la maj du firmware.
De plus, impossible d'utiliser le Ronin, il ne réagis plus du tout et un petit logo rouge (satellite, GPS ?) apparait sur l'ecran du ronin.

Hello, there. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
About error 1003 when updating firmware, we recommend you restart the device to finish updating. Be sure not to connect to the camera control cable during updating.
If the re-upgrading fails, please enter the firmware downgrade interface, and try to downgrade the firmware to a lower version before upgrading.
Please take a photo of the small red logo you said for us.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the inconvenience. What specific Ronin are you currently using? If you are using the DJI Ronin-SC, please try the following solution below:

1. It is recommended to restart to complete the update in cases like these. Also make sure not to connect the camera shutter cable when you are updating.
2. Try to downgrade to another firmware version before updating then check if the issue persists. If the issue persists, please send it back for testing as there is no other way to solve the issue.
