Located in the USA. Samsuing S23 Ultra. The mic isnt recognized when plugged in to the phone. Works perfectly with iOS, bu t I need this S23 to work too.
Extensive searches have not turned up any working solution.

1. Check whether the mobile phone adapter is mounted firmly:   Check whether the mobile phone adapter is mounted firmly in place and not loose.   
* When connecting the DJI Mic receiver to the mobile phone, please apply force to the mobile phone adapter. If force is applied to the DJI Mic receiver, it can easily be detached from the mobile phone adapter.
2. Did you test it with another Andriod phone?
3. Try to use the other end of the mobile phone adapter to connect the mobile phone and test again.

Is there any restrictions to use DJI mic with S23 Ultra(which was bought in Australia) in any other countries like India. If not then the DJI mic is working fine with other samsung phones like S22 Ultra but not with the S23 Ultra. Is this a common issue?

What do you mean by try to use the other end of the mobile phone adapter to connect the mobile phone?  I also can't get my DJI Mic and Galaxy S23 Ultra to work together.
