Newer models of the Mini 3 Pro now have a heated glass screen in front of the lens.
According to the German forum drohnen-forum.de and this website https://t1p.de/Mini3pro_LensHeatingElement
DJI has changed the design and added a heating element to solve the problem with fogged lenses.

Quite interesting...but what about all the other owners who are affected and don't have the updated hardware version?

Thanks for this information. Yes you are right, my new Mini 3 Pro is manufactured  towards the end of 2022. Wonder If I would have to send it in if I have problems,

I have mentioned this before.  I know this doesn't answer your question and it's kinda OT but if you were buying a Mini 3 drone for the first time, what do you prefer:  A DJI refurb or a NIB?

Many people look down on refurbs because they believe new is better but you never know for sure.  If you buy a NIB older drone today, you many not get the new camera element.  Depending on the refurb process, if it's done right....for sure DJI is handling the camera update.  Plus, I bet there are likely other minor changes we don't know about.

It is possible a refurb (done right) is a better drone than a new-in-box.

As far as the older drone you already bought and are already using, there's nothing wrong with it, why would DJI replace it?  Both hardwares are able to live at the same time in the pubic.  Should you have issues, DJI will handle it but as long as there is no safety issue...just keep flying and enjoying your version 1 camera.

This is one of the negatives with buying at new product too early or buying the first round and not waiting for the second round.  Pretty sure Mini 4 will have it.

My drone does not seem to be affected by the problem, because even with temperature differences (drone temperature vs. ambient temperature), so far no condensation showed up.
It is also suspected that DJI is trying to compensate for a small design flaw.

Optics that are mounted in a dry room and sealed airtight (ideally still filled with inert gas), have such a problem not at all or not as strong.
Due to strong temperature differences, non-hermetically sealed housings "breathe" and thus also draw warm, very humid air into the housing. The moisture then condenses on the lens protection during flights with cold ambient temperature. Will a heater help in the long term? It would be better if the moist air could not penetrate at all.

How can I tell if my Mini 3 Pro has this "heated glass screen in front of the lens" ?

From which serial number or production date was this anti fog glass installed ?

only the MIni3 (w/o PRO) has the heated lens-cover.
It's not possible to mount it to the PRO version.
A German drone-repair shop investigated this already.

Mine had the issue but was fixed. It wasn't made to be heated to get the fix though. Works fine, had it a year now.

UweE - What is a MIni 3 (w/o PRO) drone ?

Is this a special version for certain countries or users ?
If I understand you correctly, such a Mini 3 Pro is not sold in Germany, right ?
And a retrofit is also not feasible through DJI service or another company ?

I got this statement from one of the best DJI-repair shops in Germany.
They were the first who detected the lens-heating on a Mini 3 and they confirmed at
that time, that only the non-pro version has this heating.
So it looks, as if DJI made a silent upgrade now with Pro's
in June.

Only possible if you request a FlyAway .
Or you can ask what is the charge for an update...if you can expect it
