Hi there! Thank you for reaching out. We apologize for any trouble this has caused. Please see the below guidelines and let us know if problems persist. Issue #1. Please remove the microSD card from the aircraft and then try again. If this issue persists after removing the microSD card, please send your device back to DJI for testing. Issue #2. *Restart the remote controller. Please restart or reinstall the app (ensuring the latest app version is used). Unplug and reinsert the cable. *If your mobile device uses an Android operating system, please turn on USB debugging and select the charging-only mode. *Check whether the copper sheets in the Type-C port of the remote controller are warped. If so, please send back the product for repair. (The copper sheets are easily damaged for inclined unplugging and insertion; please plug and unplug the cable vertically.)
