Dear Support

I've read all your posts regarding DC Support of your High-Bright Monitor WITH the additional DC/SDI/HDMI plate attached.https://forum.dji.com/thread-261924-1-1.html
https://forum.dji.com/thread-276904-1-1.html

I managed to connect a power (14.4V 3A) supply to the a 4-Pin LEMO Connector, so I can power the Ronin4D with a Power Supply and Lemo Plug.

I set the Pinout exactly the same like in the posts.

But, I cannot power the HighBright Monitor, nothing happens, no detectable Power Consumption from the device.
Are you sure, this works?

Please let me know if you can provide me with some more Information to solve this, for us, important issue.

Sadly, you are not offering any power Supply for these devices, which is, kind of strange.

Regards
Roman

Hi, Roman. Thank you for patiently waiting. Please refer to the feedback below:
1. Please confirm if the HighBright Monitor can be turned on when using a WB37 battery or an NP-F battery. If not, please let the cx send the Monitor back to check.
2. The DC-IN of Ronin 4D is 12-30V, DC-IN of the HighBright Monitor is 6.8-17.6V, so the DC-IN can't be beyond 17.6V, otherwise, it will cause damage to the HighBright Monitor. And 14.4V 3A has no problem with the HighBright Monitor. The port's definitions are the same.

Hope this helps. Should you need further assistance, please let us know.
