I am having problem with my DJI FPV. It shows BATTERY COMMUNICATION ERROR. Anyone can help to resolve the issue? Thank you!

Hi there. We do apologize for the trouble that this has caused. Please try to use another battery if you have to further check the issue. If the issue is resolved using a different battery, it indicates that the battery is malfunctioning. You may try to wipe the metal contact pins on the battery and the aircraft with isopropyl alcohol (concentration > 75%). Please keep us posted. Thank you.

Thank you for your response. Please download the DJI Assistant 2 software using the link below and please update/refresh the firmware using the said battery. Furthermore, please confirm if you already tried to clean the metal contact pins on the battery with isopropyl alcohol (concentration >75%). Please keep us posted with the result.
