Wondering if anyone else has had difficulty getting the free magnetic case for their Action 2 cameras?  According to DJI’s own site, you should receive a coupon in your account for the free case within days of activation.   Been longer than that and still nothing.  Upon speaking with an “expert” on their sites live chat, they seemed surprised and tried to refute the free case until I sent them a link to their own site…

I’m in North America and purchased the cam at Best Buy.
