well dont ever change picture format for raw /jpeg  cuz be sure  nothing gonna work annymore after ... unable to  open anny video or picture ..and yess i try everything during 3 h and im a technician ... why the fuck the raw  format doent work with annything exist like photoshop ?!! ... why make simple when you can constantly put stick in wheel with that kind of   retarded ''feature'' who just make lost work of customer   !!! ... aslo  why the fuck fuck forcing live transfer between sd and phone every single picture  and video!! is there annyone who enjoy that ??  blocking acces to drone during this time transfert  ..this is just dumb .. you brainless mf..we put an sd in it  so let fucking picture and video  there for fuck sake ... just forcing to have internet and account with your dumb company who make pushing to sell us product no one want ..this drone is just hell and frustration because you choose to make it that way  ... and i dont talk about the non compatibility of that app of yours who just work in few specific  phone model .. for sure its not wrote no where ... compatibility list after account create ??! ! wow   ...  fuck you so mutch .. this is a drone .. no need to make that this complicated .especially at this price ... why do you  force account and then update clear password every fucking time  so have to change and waste more time again ...every single time ..   this is garbage ...  video are blocked annyway  ..no more than 20 sec ?!   wtf    forcing firware update WHEN I NEED TO USE IT!!?? Please noted that RAW format is a kind of unprocessed and uncompressed format for original data obtained from the sensor. It is recommended to open images in this format with Adobe Photoshop. This cannot be opened directly through common software for viewing pictures. However, some picture viewing software (such as ACDsee) is able to parse and open a micro-image. The lateral resolution of the micro-image is 960 (the vertical resolution is determined based on the photo ratio). As such, we recommend using Adobe Photoshop to open DNG files as well.

Regarding the file transferring issues, you could also use a card reader to export the files from the SD card.
