I'm in the planning stage of an S900 build and I'm initially planning on using an H3-3D and a GoPro initially.  I'm having a difficult time determining if the H3 gimbal will mount directly to the S900 chassis or will I need some sort of adapter.  Can someone advise me on this?  I realize the H3-3D is really intended for the  Phantom, but that platform is not viable for my future plans.

You should know that the S900 can only carry the DJI Z15, Z15-BMPCC, Z15-GH3, and Z15-GH4 (HD) gimbals.

I made and have sold many of these plats.. The s900 works great with the h3-3d for a long distance running and or search and rescue type of platform. You do have to make sure CG is correct but it's doable
